David Baker serves on the Company’s Board of Managers and as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Baker is an accomplished leader and senior executive with a proven track record in building, growing and improving companies. Demonstrated experience includes:
- CEO and Commissioner Arena Football League; began his tenure with franchise values of $450,000 and by the time he left, franchises were valued at $30M.
- Started up a Senior Life Care Management Company with five (5) employees and grew it to 1,400 employees, and three campuses which included; Independent Living, Congregate Care, Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s care, Skilled Nursing and an acute care Hospital.
- Became the youngest Mayor of a major city in the United States (Irvine, CA).
- President, Chairman, and Founder of Irvine Medical Center (now Hoag Hospital Irvine).
